Privacy

What we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

• Merchants: we hold the business and contact details you give us for onboarding, verification and support. Verification documents are stored encrypted and seen only by staff reviewing your application.
• Customers: to process a payment we handle the phone number and amount. Numbers are encrypted at rest and masked everywhere they're displayed. We do not build profiles of your customers and we do not market to them.
• The payment page: loads no analytics, no trackers, no third-party scripts of any kind. What your customer does at checkout is between them, you, and the payment.
• Selling data: never, to anyone, in any form.
• Regulators and law enforcement: we comply with lawful orders and disclose the minimum required.
