Terms of service

The full merchant agreement is provided during onboarding and accepted in the dashboard before going live. This page summarises the commitments that never change:

• Funds collected on your behalf are held in a segregated client account and are payable to you on your settlement cycle, less the fees itemised in your agreement.
• Every fee you can be charged is stated in your fee schedule before you accept it. We do not add fees retroactively.
• You may export your data and close your account at any time; final settlement of your balance follows the normal cycle.
• We may suspend accounts for fraud, illegality, or regulatory requirement — with written reasons except where the law forbids them.
